The automated check-in process using the ST Signature Chat app was convenient and smooth. We received our room number, password, and Wi-Fi password without any hassle. The room itself was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Despite the small size, it was enough for our family of four. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cool, and the location of the hotel was ideal, with plenty of food options and attractions nearby. The staff was responsive and helpful when we had any questions or concerns.

The room did not have a window that could be opened, and the frosted glass made it impossible to see outside. The soundproofing of the room was not great, as we could hear noise from outside, especially in the mornings.
