The automated check-in process using the ST Signature Chat app was convenient and smooth. We received our room number, password, and Wi-Fi password without any hassle. The room itself was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Despite the small size, it was enough for our family of four. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cool, and the location of the hotel was ideal, with plenty of food options and attractions nearby. The staff was responsive and helpful when we had any questions or concerns.
The room did not have a window that could be opened, and the frosted glass made it impossible to see outside. The soundproofing of the room was not great, as we could hear noise from outside, especially in the mornings.

One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is conveniently situated near Bugis MRT station and close to a variety of restaurants and food outlets. This makes it easy to explore the city and have a wide range of dining options to choose from. Another positive aspect is the helpfulness of the staff. They were friendly and accommodating, making my stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms had basic amenities and were equipped with windows, allowing for natural light and a pleasant view. Lastly, the breakfast provided was satisfying and provided a good start to the day.

One downside is the small size of the family rooms, which may feel cramped for those traveling with a larger group.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, with the rooms and facilities being kept in perfect condition. The hotel had all the necessary amenities, including a shared kitchen space where I could make hot drinks. The location was convenient, with plenty of food outlets nearby, making it easy to find delicious meals. the hotel was located fairly close to a few great attractions, allowing me to explore the city with ease. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
